7.2-Deficiency Library Lists

The deficiency library list allows an admin user to create standard problems you may find about each type of equipment. This allows you to standardize how your field techs record such data.

7.1-Parameter Library Lists

The parameter library lists allow you to setup and configure the drop down boxes as they are displayed on both the web and on the field tool. This especially saves time in the field when selecting data from drop down lists rather than "typing" in the field.

7.0-Summary Report Setup

The summary report setup screen allows you to define how both the web summary view displays, as well the final report output summary page. You can change the order of the test data you want to present and change the column sizes. You can choose to print to portrait or landscape with your summary reports.

6.1-Detail Report - Data Settings

Each test step can be configured as numeric, text, boolean etc. as well the units you want as default.

You can define each TAB test step for each piece of equipment along with default units and whether or not it's a "required" test step.

5.0-File Center

The online file center allows you to save pump curves, fan curves, submittal documents, change orders and whatever else you like. The file center allows you to save files specific to not only a project, but even to a specific piece of equipment. In essence, every piece of equipment has it's own "folder" to store information in - but this is all automated by our enterprise database.

The advanced tab allows you to manage all elements about a specific piece of equipment.

4.4-Data Entry - Log Tab

The log tab is for longer data you want to record. Possibly paste a sequence of operation into the log tab.

4.3-Data Entry - Deficiency Tab

Quickly add deficiencies or issues found in the field that are preventing the job from being completed. Issues can be standardized in terminology with drop downs.

4.2-Data Entry - Note Tab

The note tab is typically used to add items that you may have noticed or were atypical to how you normal test this type of unit. You can still easily capture this information and record it. Such as this example where we show recording the calibrated testing of a temperature value.
