What is the Office Suite?

The AiRNAB Office Suite is an online set of tools that allows your organization to create, assign, and manage TAB projects digitally. All forms are web browser based, and can be dynamically changed and controlled by the process manager to fit your organization's need.

Create and Manage Projects

Using Internet Explorer, create projects online while in the comfort of your home or office.  Create and manage your project information all from the same central location. You can assign projects to your users and easily track the status of each project all from the click of a few buttons. Data can be entered or updated by using the Office Suite giving you the option to use the Web Tool as an admin tool in the office or as a tracking tool in the field. 

Manage Issues and Deficiencies

Manage deficiencies from multiple users and multiple projects online.  The deficiency management tool allows you to document when users were notified, when they resolved the issue and when the issue was verified as fixed.  Not only will you be able to know when critical issues are resolved, by default you will be creating a digital audit trail that can be very useful to your organization.

Print Reports

Reports are available as soon as the data is synchronized back to the AiRNAB servers.  Reports can be printed hard copy or exported to file if you wish to eliminate the use of paper.  The Office Suite allows your company to turn around consitent reports in record time.  At the end of the day when the job is done in the field, so can the job in the office with creating your reports.
